Gp Capt S R Nimbhorkar was Commissioned in the Indian Air Force in Sep 1990 and served the nation for 35 years. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Govt Engg College Amravati and Post graduate in Aerospace Engg from IIT Powai, Mumbai. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Air Force Test Pilot School, Bangalore and is a qualified Aircraft Test Engineer. He was Directing Staff at Air Force Missile Training School and Air Force Technical College Bengaluru for under trainee graduate engineers of IAF. He also holds the MBA in project Management from Manipal University.
